SELECTION:
All Ophthalmologists and vision scientists
can nominate an individual
A letter of
nomination should include the name, current position, a short biography
of the candidate, and the reason behind the nomination
Awards Committee will select 5
candidates to be presented to the Board
Board and Awards Committee chair will
vote for award recipient to be honored at the following AAO or ARVO
meeting
